We tried the Mac and Cheese for $15 (though the portion was quite small), as well as the BBQ Pig Dog sandwich and a burger with fries, accompanied by two iced teas. The service was attentive and knowledgeable; they even warned us that the kitchen tends to be heavy on the salt, which I appreciated. However, the food ended up being very salty, to the point where it was quite off-putting.

There were only cocktails, but the bartender knew her stuff saved the drinks.
The Moroccan Braised Short Rib was better than I expected! The couscous was very flavorful and soft, and the meat was so tender and very tasty! For drinks I got the POG mocktail, wasn't too bad. A lil on the tart side but due to personal preference I think I would have liked it to be sweeter. The server was friendly and funny and gave us great service.
Excellent service, excellent food, and excellent drinks. Asked for flowers on my table for my Valentine's day date on the off chance they were able to do so and they provided a beautiful bouquet of flowers and cardstock hearts on the table. Our waitress and bartender were amazing.
I don't know if anyone else likes fresh-from-the-farm food, but I do and Preserve serves it up perfectly. We made reservations because the seating is limited (not sure if COVID related). We arrived early but were seated immediately. The hostess was friendly. After being seated our waitress was there almost immediately with water and menus. She offered advice on the menu and was very attentive the whole time we were there. I decided on Mary's Fried Chicken while my wife had the Sturgeon. The fried chicken was just like my mother used to make. It was juicy and tender and there were 5 pieces along with hot sauce, garlic and (really delicious) sweet pickles. I thought the sturgeon was good but my wife thought it was fantastic. Preserve has great ambiance, is quiet and has great service. Unfortunately it is on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. IMO, not a place for kids, although there was a family there. I'll definitely be back!
Stumbled upon the back bar at Preserve while staying in winters one night while on a road trip. The employees were friendly, especially the dark haired man and women with red hair that were behind the counter in the back. The menu is small but seems focused and the dishes I had were both good. Nice wine, beer and cocktail offerings as well. Lovely and relaxing atmosphere.
