The food was hot and fresh. Our cashier Jose was very pleasant and patient with my grandchildren who change their thoughts. Jose ensured that we had all the condiments we needed to pack the food so that it was easy to wear and made the experience very pleasant; we will definitely visit this Burger King again. What Gayle Andersen doesn't like about Burger King:
The prices on the window were different from what he tried to charge me! He claimed that the prices had increased. Sorry, but if you display a price on your storefront, that is what you should charge. Then he suggested that if I bought two meals, he could give me the original price. That is not good business practice. I left without purchasing anything. View all feedback.
They always take too long at this Burger King and they always get my order wrong or they forget to put something I ordered in the bag the manager is an older lady is also pretty rude I know
I'm on a road trip and have been driving for 12 hours and haven't had anything to eat yet except snacks I'm starving. I see this place is on my route and it's open until 11 so I book it there and make it at 1050. I could already taste the whopper when I got up to the drive thru, and the guy says they're closed. Huh? What time do you close? 11 So then you're open? No, we already shut everything down Ok then. Part of me gets it, it was probably a slow night, but I think it's a reasonable ask to be open when you say you'll be open y'all wasted my time and now I'm so hungry I have a headache too.
I'm giving them 5 stars because I came here 15 minutes after breakfast time one day and they went out of their way to make me my breakfast order anyways, the staff is awesome!
I went to this restaurant a few days ago and the times I was there, I had to testify a few that instead of the customers in front and go to the office to me, that is very unprofessional they take to give the food. for me, I don't think she's changing this position, hopefully, the owner.
Was rudely inform i needed a mask when i simply just forgot, I understand whats going on in the world but dont be rude about it, top that was like a social hour behind the counter standing around.
