I wouldn't even give this place any stars THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. I ordered this and it was completely watered down. The boba balls looked old and moldy. I couldn't take it back due to a co worker picking it up because we placed it online. Very disgusting. View all feedback.
The Grilled Lobster balls and Unagi Rice Bowl are delicious :D
You order from a kiosk instead of a person. If you make an error using their computer to place your order (while they stare at you from behind the counter), their response is, essentially, “Sucks to be you. We don’t correct your mistakes. Do it right next time.” Abysmal customer service. I used to be a regular until Covid hit and they removed all personal interaction with the staff. I’m never coming here again.

Paid extra to get a large size with extra Boba and no fresh mango ended up getting a small with less Boba and included mango
Yummy soy milk oolong tea. Hot or cold they provide it! Cheaper than T4 is a plus. I would recommend :
