Itea - Davis
Itea
Description
Perched near a university campus, this quick-service boba spot draws students for drinks and study sessions. Drinks and snacks are decent but often pricey; portions can be small and seasoning inconsistent (some dishes overly salty). Service has shifted to kiosk and online ordering with minimal staff interaction, which some guests find impersonal. The space is wheelchair accessible and busy during peak hours; expect a fast-paced, study-friendly atmosphere but occasional quality and service lapses.

Overall, it was an okay experience. The potato coquettes and boba were decent, but the Y4 Seasoned Calamari was extremely salty and not worth the price considering the small portion.
The food and drinks were excellent, but I kindly ask that if I request no boba in my drink, please try to avoid adding it. Thank you!
ITea is a well-liked boba and quick-service restaurant, popular among college students due to its proximity to the UC Davis Campus. The venue can get quite crowded, as many patrons use the space for studying. While their drinks are decent, they tend to be on the pricier side compared to other options, and the same goes for their food. If you're seeking a similar experience, I would recommend checking out places like Lazi Cow, Akira Coffee and Tea, or RareTea, which is located just across the street. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as it is at sidewalk level.
