I ordered breakfast through the Wendy?s app about 10 minutes before lunch started. Upon pickup, staff advised they did not have one biscuit my order and could not prepare an additional biscuit because lunch was about to start. Wendy?s is typically consistent but this was by far the worst location I?ve been to. The bread was stale and hard. The burger patty tasted like cardboard. Avoid at all costs. It?s worth taking the drive to another location. View all feedback.

After not going to Wendy?s for a while because they are terrible with service, I thought this Wendy?s might be better then some of the others I?ve been to but they are all the same. Horrible service and forgets something every time. Today I waited 15 mins for them to cook the grilled chicken for a salad we ordered then get my food and my grilled chicken sandwich is missing to be told it will take another 15mins. I asked for my money back on that sandwich and took my other cold food and left. I?m completely DONE with Wendy?s unless I go to the one in Orlando on East Colonial by Mills, which I?m not close to anymore.

The manager on duty, Mary Angela, was so kind and sweet by having staff to prepare two fresh biscuits to accommodate needs. I had do wait a bit, which was totally fine with me.
This was our first time eating at this Wendy's location. Stephanie, Alex, Kelsey, and Mykenzie were very accommodating. They were very friendly, and we had great service! The food was also good. We ordered the $5.00 Biggie Bag, and the nuggets, sandwich, and fries were cooked perfectly!
I've gone to many Wendy and I love the food but I e came to this one and the manager sadarhri help me order cuz I couldn't work the computer right. My food was fresh and hot (chicken sandwich,no mayonnaise, hot out the greases fries and nuggets. So polite and very fast service. Thanks for a great experience in ur store
