Old Man Frank's - Winter Haven

This restaurant offers a fantastic view and is a hidden gem. The beer is served cold and the sandwich and oysters were delicious. The service was excellent, making it a great spot for a casual date night.

We loved the band proper Wednesday. the service was fantastic. wings were good. oysters were amazing.

One of the best places to go, hidden away on lake Howard in winter haven. Food is amazing and cold beer. Love it here.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience. Arrived for beer and lunch around left hungry at It took the waitress minutes to acknowledge us, and another to come take our drink order. We said we were also ready to order our lunch, she replied that there were other people who had been seated before us and she hadn’t gotten to their food orders yet. excuse. We should have left at that point, bad mistake. We waited another minutes for her to return to take our food order, and another beer. While waiting another minutes for our beer, the waitress said.. ‘I’ve got your beer on the bar, be back in a minute, my hands are full. excuse. While we waited for our food, we witnessed several other tables that had been seated after we did receive their food. Another minutes passed and no food, waitress advised that our food would be coming “soon things are busy”. We decided to cancel our food order, pay for our beers and leave. As my husband went to the bar to pay for the beer, the manager who had been sitting idly at a table watching us commented that the restaurant shouldn’t be “comping” the cost of our cancelled order. To which the waitress replied, well the kitchen hadn’t started on it anyway. What the ???? Posting this to every media I can think of. Incompetent group of individuals running this place.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to enjoy with your family and friends! The beer is always great and they also serve delicious shrimp dishes.
