Food was good....very loud environment...hard to talk just across the table
Food was good as always if only I had gotten what we ordered! My mother and I split the veal with artichokes and a lemon wine sauce we received a veal piccatta my mother's drink sat empty 1 to many times! The atmosphere is wonderful as always but theservice could absolutely be better! The male bartender (can't remember his name) absolutely saved the night with his service andthe drinks where always good just need to work on the timeliness of the services!
Couple of caveats: most spots in Winter Haven close early. We've had a lot of growth in WH the past 24 months. I am approaching this review from the perspective of just wanting a late night (for WH) spot that was low key. Ave bar is the best pizza anddrinks spot. Great location downtown. It should be more busy than it is, which is the reason I say low key. Quality of food issuperb. Lots of attention to detail. The drinks are crafted. Love this spot.
Great little bar in Winterhaven with some fantastic food options. It is connected to both Arabella?s for finer dining and also a pizza place, so there is plenty of food to choose from. Very great bar menu during happy hour. I especially love the bruschettahere as well as the Fiocchi. it is very popular and on the small side, so getting us you can be a challenge on usually prettyloud in there so not a good place to go if you want a peaceful night out.
Mark and Logan are wonderful bartenders. We come here at least 2-3 times a week because of their service. The food is amazing. My husband and I choose this restaurant because of the SERVICE and food. Great atmosphere. The manager Jeff is great as well. He greets us every time with a smile. Highly recommend. We this place.
