My mother and I split the veal with artichokes and a lemon wine sauce we received a veal piccatta my mother's drink sat empty 1 to many times! The atmosphere is wonderful as always but the service could absolutely be better! The male bartender (can't remember his name) absolutely saved the night with his service and the drinks where always good just need to work on the timeliness of the services!

I am approaching this review from the perspective... read more Couple of caveats: most spots in Winter Haven close early. We've had a lot of growth in WH the past 24 months. I am approaching this review from the perspective of just wanting a late night (for WH) spot that was low key. Ave bar is the best pizza and drinks spot. Great location downtown. It should be more busy than it is, which is the reason I say low key. Quality of food is superb. Lots of attention to detail. The drinks are crafted. Love this spot.

The food was fantastic and the service was the best we have eve... read more We celebrated our 49th anniversary and had a wonderful time at Arabella's Avenue Bar and Bistro. The food was fantastic and the service was the best we have ever experienced. We especially enjoyed the piano player. We are new fans of Arabella's and will definitely be returning to this pizza place for future meals.
