I visited this restaurant to pick up some sandwiches for my in-laws and had a coupon for 3 sandwiches for $9.99. However, they refused to accept it, claiming it wasn't valid at their location. I then opted for a rib sandwich instead, but they were out of stock. It seems that ever since they discontinued their potato cakes, the quality has declined significantly. It feels like they are intentionally trying to drive their business into the ground. I cannot recommend this place; the customer service has deteriorated, and they seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.
If I could give a zero rating, I would. This was by far the worst food I've ever had. The beef on the Big Cheddar tasted waterlogged, and the fries weren’t crinkle-cut; they were just cold and wrinkled. The soda was flat and tasteless, and they didn’t include the slider for my child. It definitely wasn’t worth navigating traffic to go back, so we ended up throwing it away at a park nearby. Arbys had responded to a previous review with a link to their customer care, but why bother when they don’t actually respond? It feels like they just brush you off. When you see an Arby’s response to reviews encouraging people to contact them, it's just empty talk. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I don't believe in writing negative reviews because it feels vindictive. However, I want to share my experience from Sunday, September 24th, between 1-3 PM, when I encountered rude service at the drive-thru. I received the wrong order, and when I pointed it out, I was not treated kindly. It wouldn’t have taken much to simply apologize and move on. Instead, I felt disrespected. In the future, a simple "I'm sorry, have a nice day" would go a long way.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The food was terrible. The meat on the Big Beef sandwich tasted waterlogged and unappetizing. The fries were cold and shriveled, like leftovers. I was given a chicken gyro instead of the traditional Greek gyro, and they forgot to add the beef slider for my child. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet service was painfully slow. It's too far to return, so we won’t be coming back. Arby’s responded to my review with a link to submit another review, but they never actually respond to the feedback.
The food at Arby's was disappointing; the curly fries were overcooked and greasy, and the brisket sandwich had a rubbery texture. The half-pound Arby's sandwich seemed squashed and unappetizing. I used to enjoy Arby's, but I won't be eating there again. The only positive was the drink, which had the perfect balance of syrup and carbonation. Unfortunately, the menu quality has declined significantly.
