First off, there isn’t a single bad dish on the menu; trust me on this, my husband has tried them all. The owners and staff are among the best you’ll find in the Northern Forests. They genuinely go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. If you feel like you didn't receive enough fries, just ask for more. If you think your order is taking too long, remember there's only one cook in the kitchen. Plus, this is the Northern Forests; people come here to relax, fish, hunt, or ride the trails. If you want fast service, stay in the cities. The staff often deal with large groups of 10, 20, or more who arrive without notice. If you have a legitimate concern, please discuss it with one of the staff members before resorting to a negative review. This is a very small, hometown business. A negative review can significantly impact She or any small bar/restaurant like it. Give it a chance; we have, and it’s been great! That's why this review is so lengthy—we genuinely enjoy this place! It features a whole grilled cheese sandwich on top and another one on the bottom, with a juicy hamburger and bacon sandwiched in between. Honestly, it’s more food than one person should tackle in a single sitting... but we always find a way to finish it. The tater darts are excellent, but my favorite side is the onion rings, which pair perfectly with the burgers! We always find an excuse to stop by, and you should too!
