What User dislikes about Mulligan's Irish Pub:
The bar was not good. I spent a total of $15 on just music and they did not play any of my songs. In fact they skipped my songs and I had to go approach them for a refund. The songs I chose were popular bar songs by the way. A poorly run business in my opinion that doesn't put the customer first. Wouldn't recommend this bar. View all feedback.
I typically don’t base my reviews solely on a single visit, but I have to say there was a noticeable difference this time, especially with the bouncer. He was much more polite than the one I encountered during my last visit. It’s definitely another bar in Winona, but for me, that’s not a bad thing at all.
I wish it could be zero stars. The worst bar I've ever been. Go elsewhere in Winona
3 dart boards, 2 billiard tables, gambling, drinks and fun!! to go.
Moved back to town about 5 years ago and mulligans has always been my place to go! It’s an awesome blend between townies and college kids. One doesn’t our number the other. Always a relaxed atmosphere especially with Lauren, Joe, Bailey or Meghan are bartending!!!
