The manager, Marcus, appeared to be dealing with personal issues and displayed more drama than a young teenager. Unfortunately, the food was not any better; it was overcooked and dry, making it inedible. The staff seemed to lack knowledge about their roles and exhibited unprofessional behavior. The male manager, Marcus, seemed to be dealing with a personal crisis and created more drama than a teenager. The food was terrible—overcooked and completely dried out, making it inedible. The staff appeared to lack proper training and were quite unprofessional. Additionally, the cleanliness of the entire place was very questionable, leaving me to wonder about their standards of living.
