Kfc - Winona

The chicken tenders have too much coating on them and are quite tough. The mashed potatoes should be changed to a better brand that tastes like real mashed potatoes, along with the gravy. Many diners would prefer a more flavorful, authentic potato dish instead of the current baby mashed potatoes. As someone in my 50s, I can attest that these items have not improved over time. It's 2023, not 1950. Service is limited to takeout.

This particular KFC location tarnishes the reputation of the brand. They attempted to sell me overcooked, dry chicken and seem to have forgotten the Special Recipe that sets KFC apart. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food they served. It is clear that they need to improve their practices, as they do not even change the grease regularly. I hope someone can help steer them in the right direction.

Yummy! I adore KFC. I recently visited the restaurant, but unfortunately, they were closed for renovations. I was disappointed because they serve the best chicken sandwich. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to this restaurant on a Monday at 7:00 pm. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The first thing we were told when we walked in was that they had run out of chicken. It was only 7 pm and they are open until 10. The restrooms were dirty. Overall, I recommend this place close its doors and put it out of its misery.

The staff maintained a positive attitude despite working in a building under repair. The food was fresh and served hot.
