We stop here often. For a franchise, Wendy’s is still the best burger in town. The ingredients are fresh just like they always say, and the service at this location is always good. Also the decor of this restaurant is very nice. View all feedback.
What Gerald S doesn't like about Wendy's:
I haven't attended a Wendy's location for quite some time but they were advertising a Bacon Deluxe Burger for 4.00 so I figured I try it again. The burger was cold not sure why as they advertise fresh food, never frozen and definitely not what was advertised as far as I am concerned. Much smaller as well then what the ads look like. Very slow to take our order. Then they were cleaning the lights on the ceiling over the dinning area while customers were eating including us.
Always a good time at Wendy's. A little slow at the register on this visit. But the cashier was in training. So I get it. Not the workers fault. Otherwise great experience. Love the Soda machine. So many options.
The place was neat and clean, service was fast. We haven't gone to Wendy's in a while, they used to include mini frosty with the kids meal, now they don't. A bit disappointed but overall the food was good.
Terrible terrible service! First of all, the man at the driver thru keep rushing me and would t let me finish my order. Then when I get my drink, the cup was broken and spilled all over my lap and car. The man at window watched this happened and just closed the window on me when I was trying to ask for a new drink. So terrible and ruined my experience here!
OUTSTANDING SERVICE I utterly screwed up my online order via the Wendy`s app without question. Without hesitation, Harmanpreet Simyan just smiled at me and said no problem, We will make it right . I was shocked that they even helped me out at all since I was at fault. I want to publicly say THANK YOU . Two thumbs up for Portage Ave Wendy`s
