I'm pretty easy to please usually. One Sunday our waitress was no where to be found for condiments, and for a refill, didn't bring me the pancake I ordered with my breakfast. It turned out she was sitting in the booth next to us talking to her friend. I emailed the manager a few weeks ago and did not even receive a response. Nice. Not.
