What Andrea Reinen likes about Panda Tea:
This is probably one of my favorite places in Winnipeg to get boba (other than Chatime). My favorite would probably be the bubble milk tea! Or pudding milk tea or herbal jelly milk tea... so basically, I just love their regular milk tea! This place has the best ice green tea milk tea! Way better the Starbucks. I crave for this all the time too bad it’s on the other side of the city!
