I visited the place twice in a week while I stayed in Winnipeg. It is a short walking distance from the hospital. Friendly staff and everything is just as you would expect from a taco bell place. The only downside was that there was no AC. I was there during a hot summer week in Winnipeg, and I find it quite hard for me to sit inside to eat. What Adrian Widmer doesn't like about KFC:
My family and I ordered an 18 piece family feast, with additional gravy, "doublicious" sandwiches and a 2L of pop, and I have never been so underwhelmed in my life for take out. Delivery took over an hour, 2L is warm, fries were lukewarm and very, obviously stale from sitting too long. Worst display of customer service I’ve ever seen, kept me and 10 others waiting for 20mins when they had no orders and when I finally got to get my order it was screwed up, both the order and quality of food. NEVER GOING BACK, wasted my whole lunch break waiting in that place.
Without question, the absolute worst drive thru I 've ever been to. I don 't know of their equipment was broken or in general they were just running on sloth mode, but being stuck in line at this place is miserable. They need a reminder of what the fast in fast food stands for. Will never go here again.
Food is always cold!!!!!!Does not matter the time of day5 times in a row I had to go back and request hot chicken from this location.I have went to other KFC's and got hot fresh chicken. Never at the Notre Dame and Sherbook location, this was my favourite location for many years. Now I probably wont be going back.
Taco BellI have been here several timesThis last experience in the drive thru I had to repeat my order a few times. When paying it seemed more expensive than I was anticipating.When digging into the bag for burritos, there was no hot sauce and the reason the bill was more expensive was the wrong burritos were ordered (more expensive versions of a similar burrito)Realistically i will be back again at some point, maybe a different location
There is nothing to write for food for a giant fast food chained restaurant. Its the service to talk about. I always order from drive-thru and it seems like they do the bare minimum to take your order and to make it. They never pay heed to the instructions. I always ask for no lettuce and no shredded cheese on items and they ALWAYS MISS. I always get lettuce and cheese no matter what they never listen. It feels like they have hear to those instructions and they outright refuse to follow them or ignore them. Its frustrating that when you have no time and order from drive thru then going in and have you asking them to fix the items is not time- affordable
