What Audra McKenzie doesn't like about Jingjing Food Services:
If you have a craving for dim sum in Winnipeg over lunch hour in the downtown area this place is for you! Very tasty! And NEVER busy! Just local Chinese people that will come into the restaurant.. Cheap food! Good tea! I wouldn't say its very good .. but definitely good enough! Would definitely go again! View all feedback.

Walked in this past Sunday at 1:30pm for some take out. The place was empty other than a couple of people eating dim sum. I looked at the menu and ordered a beef noodle stir fry and Chinese greens with garlic and pork. I waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready after being asked 4 or 5 times if I wanted to eat in or take out. I'd hate to see how long it would have taken if the place was busy. The noodle dish was greasy and burnt tasting. Not a lot of flavor to it. The Chinese greens were swimming in this thick, greasy, gross sauce and the pork was either little pieces of pork fat or hard, almost inedible, old pork pieces. I strained out the pork and sauce and that made the greens edible. Not sure why they would cook the greens like that.....stir fry in oil, garlic and ginger is all you need. First and last time visiting here.
After they increased their prices, quality of their dimsum have improved... happy hour from 11 am to 1 pm
It's 12:39 pm and I have been here for thirty minutes already. Come to think of it, people eat lunch and if you're running a successful restaurant, I should not be your only customer. Luckily, a Chinese couple arrived about 15 minutes after I arrived. But I guess they make their money in the evening. They are open until morning. I have noticed every time I eat dimsum (eg, chicken feet, pork dumpling, shrimp, etc.), the food seem to be the same wherever you go when it comes to taste and appearace. I suspect they do not make their dimsum in-house and may be buying from a wholesaler. What I like with this restaurant is the privacy. You pick up the food on display at the entrance and after the staff noted what you took, you can carry your tray to one of the tables and eat in peace. The way I gauge if a Chinese restaurant is good is when I actually see Chinese people eating. I have eaten to this place several times and I can say this is a Chinese person's favourite restaurant.
