Overall, the cafe offers a unique and artistic ambiance, perfect for a relaxing day with a good book or a meeting with friends. Was Anonym at Forth a mag?
First time to Winnipeg and went here upon recommendation from the concierge at our hotel. I always seek out local shops that roast their own beans. So glad we stopped here. Coffee was excellent and carefully crafted. Love the decor of the place, minimalist, mid-century modern feel. Plenty of seating. Nice selection of local artisan items for purchase. Walking distance from Fairmont. Will definitely be back. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Forth:
I am a big fan of Forth: great coffee, lovely atmosphere, tasty food, friendly staff. Visited the rooftop patio for the first time last night. Very nice until the smokers lit up right beside us. Very unleasant in such a confined space, even outside. Unfortunately, I won't be back until Winnipeg gets with the rest of Canada and passes a bylaw to eliminate smoking on patios, or Forth changes their policy. View all feedback.

The ambiance at this restaurant is lovely, the coffee is great, and the staff are friendly. My only suggestion is that they should offer cream as an option, as they currently only have milk available. I prefer cream in my coffee!
The coffee we had was pretty good. The ambiance and design is really soothing. They play artists I've not heard before, and the staff were busy, but helpful! My only complaint is that the beans they sell are roughly double what the competition charges.
One of the best spots in the city! Great atmosphere, beautiful space, great staff and unreal coffee! Highly recommended :
Forth is a cafe hidden in a ally in Winnipeg downtown. <br/ <br/ I come here often for a cup of coffee and quality time just by myself. <br/ <br/ The best thing about this cafe would be atmosphere. The interior is modern industrial style and it is gorgeous and very relaxing to me. Sometimes, they have vendor over and have a little local market inside. Every visit is interesting!<br/ <br/ I am not a huge fan of their coffee or any beverages to be honest, the coffee is very sour to me, I cannot drink it black because it’s very acidic but even with milk, it is not my favorite type of coffee. Their food menu is food, I have had veggie toast and it was good but it’s a bit on expensive side.

Very beautifully different location, always give them a different feeling. very nice atmosphere together with beautiful eating
Lovely ambiance and people, great coffee and food, and good music when we were there, what's not to like?
Chill and artistic atmosphere. There is always a place to sit, and there are a variety of seating arrangements. A great spot to study or meet with friends. I like the hot chocolate- it's not too sweet
This is one of those all-things-to-all-people kinds of places. Quiet, but tasteful and interesting new music you haven't heard. Of course a great assortment of beverages. A wonderful restored heritage building with a thoroughly modern new functionality...with all the popularity that this combination can create when done this well. And great staff. Individual, confident, competent and helpful. All you can ask for!I've met old friends there, new friends there and new and long-standing clients there. The age range of my guests varies from younger than me, maybe folks in their mid-20s, to people my age (late 60s), with a uniformly easy, comfortable experience for all of us, in every meeting and conversation. That's a telling sign of good design, good operations, good staff and good food-and-beverage offerings to the target clientele.Pretty great place, in a lovely location in the Exchange District.
