What Lui Nucom doesn't like about Applebee's:
We tried the Unlimited wings and they were alright. We were very disappointed at our waitress Anastasia. She gave us the wrong food and drink. I ordered a Mango Daiquiri and she gave me a different drink. My brother ordered wings and she gave him riblets. Service was very slow when the place only had 5 groups of people. This is by far one of my favorite restaurants to go to, weather I'm in Winnipeg or the USA. Applebees is always on point with their service, food and drinks (alcoholic and non). The regent location is just as good as the other locations in the city! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for continously filling my belly!
So disappointed with my latest delivery order. I always order the oriental chicken salad. I ordered the full size salad which is usually two meals for me. This time the portion size was so small it was only one meal and the lettuce I picked out because it was bad was ridiculous! Bad lettuce right on top when I opened it! How did the kitchen staff not see this? The price goes up and the portion size goes way down!?I requested no almonds and dressing on the side. I received everything on the side (including the oriental noodles which is usually in the salad) as well as the almonds.... Why? I didn't want almonds.I did get a bread stick in my salad! Why? It used to come on its own wrapped up. Now it's soggy.So IF I order this salad again for delivery I sure hope you go back to the way it was. Maybe you had someone new in the kitchen?I don't mind paying more, I know how prices have gone up, but for heaven sakes keep the portion size the same with fresh ingredients.
We really enjoy this restaurant. Esther was our server and she is so pleasant! We find the food reliably good, always served hot and with generous portions. Staff is always knowledgeable and efficient. We especially enjoy the Bourbon Street Steak, Fiesta Lime Chicken and we find they often have great specials depending which day of the week you visit. Save room for dessert if you can!
It was a great experience! Had a nice birthday dinner with my family. The food was great. Slightly pricey though. We had great service! Thanks Tiffany for being our waiter! She was great!!
My first time here and our server Tiffany provided excellent service. Even with a full house she managed to work quickly and efficiently. No long wait times, fun personality, good food, overall good vibes. Definitely ask for Tiffany for your next visit.
