The ribs themselves were not fully “cooked” the entire way through,... read more Exceptionally mid.I spent $45 dollars for a rack of pre-cooked/frozen ribs and 2 Budweisers. The ribs themselves were not fully “cooked” the entire way through, and the middle was soggy/cold/chewy. That is what made it evident about the frozen food, as if it were cooked on-site the food would be raw, not thawed. The fries were cafeteria quality, also frozen. Thankfully the beers were cold.In hindsight, I could’ve bought an 8 pack of better beer, cooked the ribs longer myself, and afforded some sides from the grocery store/liquor mart 500 yards to the south.If I had received negative service; this wouldn’t have broken a 1.5 star rating, but it was saved by the exceptional service I received from Jaime.Anyways. If you’re on a budget, some of their special nights seems OK. However I would not come here expecting anything other than Chef Mikes finest.(Chef mike microwave)

The “please return to us” coupon they sent me was never taken into account when they gave us bill. Then of two appetizers that were included in their 2 for $52 menu they charged the most expensive separately. You have to tell them how to make the bill advantageous for the customer. Then they have a stupid survey that they don’t even care about the answers they get. And now I can’t even unsubscribe from their email list. That company has become a dump! So sorry, it used to be my top spot before pandemic.

Only a couple people in... read more Applebees in my opinion doesn't like little kids.Went to grant park yesterday for dinner with my wife/son his wife and my granddaughter. Only a couple people in the restaurant and yet the waitress put us in the farthest darkest area away from the few customers that were there.Not really much of a family oriented restaurant. Even Walker Hayes Applebees Fancy like song) has 6 kids!!

The... read more This is actually my favorite spot for burgers and fries! The patty is big and juicy, and the fries are great. I wish they would bring back the garlic fries. The managers have been accommodating, allowing me to switch to a different dessert than what is shown on the delivery menu. I always order delivery, so I can't speak about the restaurant service. I appreciate the fact that their takeout containers are 100% recyclable!

I dont kno how the score is so low, maybe only the ppl who dont like this restaurant are reviewing it. I literally come here about 2x a month. I get either the oriental chicken salad, the chicken wonton appetizers, the ribs or the orange chicken bowl. I have never, EVER had bad service or bad food and i have been coming here either to eat in or take out for about a decade. The prices r reasonable, the staff is always friendly like I said the food is great!
