Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant Prairie's Edge offers a beautiful outdoor patio with views of a park setting, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Despite good service, several reviews mention disappointment in the food quality. Dishes like the corned beef disguised as smoked brisket, unappetizing deep-fried pickerel, and poorly executed poutine, flatbreads, and fries left diners unsatisfied. However, there were positive notes on some menu items like the wild rice soup and Reuben sandwich, as well as praise for the attentive service. Despite mixed reviews, the restaurant's scenic location inside Kildonan Park and the peaceful ambiance make it an attractive dining option for some.
Great service, fantastic meals and an awesome view!
Our party of four all had the breakfast special. Very tasty, great Saskatoon jam and coffee. Attentive service.
Excellent food and service. Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant.
Made the reservation online. Service was excellent. Food was tasty. Could have been hotter. Will definitely go back to try other menu items.
We always enjoy Prairies Edge. The setting is lovely. The salmon, fish and chips, and beef were excellent. I had the shrimp tacos which I would not have again. They were small, few shrimp and cold. Really quite tasteless. The quinoa salad with it was excellent.
