They were kind of rude about... read more We liked it but the wait was very long in the drive through. We waited for prob 40 minutes total. We prob sat at the window for 25. They were kind of rude about BBQ sauce my kid wanted for his fries. She tried to tell us it was in the bag.. It wasn't. Thenshe wanted 64 cents for BBQ sauce and we said why.. It should be free. We thought I'd be a little packet but she didn't explainit was this big dipping cup and she made a stink face when we said it should just come with it. We gave her some money and shegave us the sauce and then we realized it was the larger kind. Stupid customer service. They were rude we were rude back. Foodwas excellent and everyone was happy.

They even provided recommendations for places to explore. The restaurant was immaculate, and our meals were served promptly at our table. Overall, we had an excellent meal for the price we paid.

By the time we were nearly finished with our meal, the same woman who took our order came over to our table and started mopping and sweeping right next to us. One of the fundamental rules of hospitality is to avoid cleaning around customers who are still eating, yet she even asked my sister-in-law to move her feet. It seems that this employee could benefit from some additional training. While she appeared confident, she missed a basic courtesy that is essential in the hospitality industry. Overall, it was a disappointing experience! For reference, she had glasses and blonde hair.
