I never thought I would enjoy a French meal until I tried the 7-course meal at George Trois a few months ago. I usually prefer meat and potatoes over seafood, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed everything on the menu. The food was amazing and we thought it was a great value for the exceptional quality. The Japanese Black Cod was the most perfectly cooked piece of fish I've ever had. Seriously. My husband and I enjoyed every bite of this beautiful meal. However, it was not quiet or intimate as described which is what we desperately needed for a long overdue date night away from our toddler. The tables are close and the room is finished in hard surfaces. It was one of the louder restaurants I've dined in. Please add some sound absorbing materials and we will be back in a heartbeat!
Chef Michael is an undeniable master of French cuisine and the quality and value offered at Silencieux is unrivaled. Loved it!
