Great bbq food! Maybe the best I’ve had in Washington. My favorites were the pulled pork and the beans with smoked sausage, but everything was pretty dang delicious. The only tiny criticism I had is that the coleslaw was a bit under seasoned/salted. Would definitely stop by here again. So I am in this small Washington state town to buy a building for a fresh produce and espresso drive through my business partner and i are setting up in Marysville, WA. So we get the name of a BBQ place to have a quick lubch after we buy the building. Well, i can tell you that this is the BEST BBQ I HAVE HAD North of the Mississippi! I grew up in Texas where BBQ is and i did not expect to find the same flavors, delicate, and just plain amazing and tender BBQ in this small town. But I did. I had the brisket , string beans, and corn muffins to die for! Seriously you should drive from Seattle or Portland to have a BBQ in this amazing place. BOSS HOGGS BBQ I love you!!
