The portion was just right for me, and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, even the French fries, which can be tricky to get right. Compared to fast food chains, I would definitely classify this burger and fries as gourmet, and the price is quite reasonable. The staff was friendly as well. As for the political situation surrounding Buck and Joe's, it's been a hot topic lately, and I have to say that many people share my views on it.

The cinnamon donuts are made fresh while you wait (I assume the apple fritters are made the same way), and the donuts were absolutely delicious. The prices are incredibly reasonable—our group of three dined for just $21. Jo was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a very laid-back atmosphere. They also have games available, such as chess, checkers, and crokinole, giving it a casual, drop-in vibe. I really appreciate that the pricing is so affordable, making it a great option for someone on a fixed budget to enjoy a treat without worrying about their finances. I would definitely recommend this spot, even if just to grab some freshly made donuts and a hot drink.
