Steaming pile. Probably one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. Chicken club was a frozen breaded chicken on a hamburger bun. Large fry is really a small. The oil was probably not hot enough. Could taste oil in everything.

Look if you want a good Chicago-style hot dog this is your place. Get the special with fries. Tony's is a local treasure. They sponsor little leagues. Kids can look at the cool fish. You can get a beer or a wine inside. You can sit outside in the summer (not with alcohol). The gyros are decent and so are the cx fingers and soft serve. Perfect.

I often order a grilled cheese sandwich for my wife along with other items, and I always stress no pickle with the grilled cheese. Im not sure why they include a pickle with their grilled cheese sandwich in the first place. Anyway, more times than not even after stressing no pickle they still made the grilled cheese sandwich with the pickle. I nicely spoke with a young, pretty, brunette lady behind the counter and asked if the sandwich could be remade. She said sure. I am always nice because I also work for the food industry, and I appreciate when the customer is friendly and polite in these situations. I made the mistake of sitting down and looking away from the kitchen. I trusted that the kitchen staff would make my sandwich again the right way. It wasnt even a minute when the young lady told me that my sandwich was ready. I thought that was suspiciously quick. As she gave me the sandwich it didnt feel very warm. It felt about the same temperature as the sandwich I just gave her to remake. I asked her, This isn 't the same sandwich is it? Her reply was I dont think it is. Again very suspicious. My wife could taste the pickle juices in the sandwich when I gave it to her. Apparently they removed the pickle and re-wrapped the old sandwich. I was very disappointed.

What a disappointment in customer service. If the restaurant closes at 9:00 pm but will not provide service to a customer at 8:50pm, it should be stated until what time it will serve a customer. I called to try to place an order for hot dogs and was told they were already walking out and closing the door at 8:50pm. My sister was a minute away and stopped in and it was opened and customers were there eating at that time but they refused to take any more orders. I will not be returning.

I love this place! The food is yummy, it's a great casual spot to get Italian beefs, hot dogs, patty melts etc. The staff is always friendly! I eat here at minimum two times a month.
