Sonic Drive-in - Winfield

The food is generally good, and the carhops, even though they are always understaffed due to COVID, are very friendly. However, I only gave two stars because I've visited twice in the past two months and noticed that several stalls were out of order. Either the lights were off, making it impossible to see the menu, the microphone or speaker wasn't functioning, the red button didn't work, or the card reader/touch screen was malfunctioning. Additionally, the landscaping needs attention. This impacts our town's appearance since Sonic is one of the first businesses visitors see as they enter.

The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was enjoyable as well. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of free parking available.

Me and my family had went to get a milkshake. Every stall except for about 6 were closed. The stall we was at we pressed the button but no one took our order.. would say we will be right back ....and presses the button and the same thing happened. It's terrible at this place anymore. It had been a long while since we had been there cause of how bad it's gotten. Now I know....third time is a charm cause we won't be going back.

I waited like 15 minutes on 2 drinks and I tried to call back in on the stall and got told that it wasn’t working too move too the front even tho they took my order to start. Dr Pepper was good tho lol. Still had to pay full price and they didn’t give me a coupon or nun. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
