Hummingbird - Winfield

Everything was delicious, we stopped on our road trip home from a medical appointment. Husband was thrilled with his fried chicken and waffles barely spoke to it was gone. My hummingbird special and fruit bowl were absolutely amazing. Idk what kinda of pancake mix they use but it was to die for

Great little restaurant, the chopped salad was very good. The service was friendly and quick!! Nice local place to chat and have a good meal!!

If you blink whilst driving past this place you 'll miss it but you should make the effort to stop in because it 's worth it. I came for lunch; easily found parking, was greeted and seated with a smile and without delay. Place definitely has that family owned and operated vibe that 's missing from so many places these days. I ordered the cheeseburger; it arrived promptly and piping hot. Everything was very tasty, good portion sizes and good value for money. Burger patty was fresh and well seasoned. The fries may have been frozen but they 're so well prepared it didn 't matter. Wish I had found this place ages ago!

Hummingbird was referred to us by a good friend who raved about this restaurant. I ordered the Greek skillet and my wife ordered the Turkey avocado sandwich. My skillet consisted of more gyros meat than you would find in your typical gyros sandwich! The same can be said for the turkey sandwich. My wife said the fries that came with the sandwich were delicious as they were not greasy yet crunchy. The service was great and the portions are hefty where we had to ask for containers to take out. I would definitely recommend.

LOVE this place and the attention from the staff! The waiter, Gabriel, knows I have sweet tooth My family and I HIGHLY recommend this place; peaceful atmosphere, great food, it feels like being with family. Thank you Gabriel and Gabriella!
