I really enjoy Tim Hortons. The service today was more than just good, it was excellent. It was around 11 o'clock when I went in and was able to order my coffee right away. However, the line for the drive-thru was quite long, causing traffic in the parking lot. We are all human and should remember to stay friendly, especially during times when we may be struggling to get through our day.

The service is incredibly slow, especially in the drive-thru. It's better to go inside where it's still quite slow, but you would still receive your order faster than waiting in the drive-thru.

The service and food quality at this restaurant are excellent, but the design of the drive-thru is poor. Opt for the left lane as it tends to be faster.

The staff at the restaurant were very forgetful and seemed to be in a hurry, resulting in delays in serving our food. This caused our meals to arrive cold after waiting for a long time.

The incorrect order took a long time to be corrected and there were no apologies given. It was a waste of time and money.
