I really enjoy Tim Hortons. The service today was more than just good, it was excellent. It was around 11 o'clock when I went in and was able to order my coffee right away. However, the line for the drive-thru was quite long, causing traffic in the parking lot. We are all human and should remember to stay friendly, especially during times when we may be struggling to get through our day. View all feedback.

The service is incredibly slow, especially in the drive-thru. It's better to go inside where it's still quite slow, but you would still receive your order faster than waiting in the drive-thru. View all feedback.
The staff at the restaurant were very forgetful and seemed to be in a hurry, resulting in delays in serving our food. This caused our meals to arrive cold after waiting for a long time.
The incorrect order took a long time to be corrected and there were no apologies given. It was a waste of time and money.
Sometimes they are out of chocolate chunk cookies, but it is really good.

Two coffees, one hot chocolate and two boxes of tidbit ordered in store took them 20 minutes to fill and they got wrong when they gave it to me. Another 5 minutes to correct
