Why is my hash brown so hard? I ordered two farmer's wraps, and both were ruined by the rock-solid hash browns. It's disgusting. How lazy can you be? How hard is it to prepare fresh hash browns?

Every single time I come here, they gotta mess up at least one thing. Like y’all need to pay attention when someone orders something and make it the same way. Same thing with coffee, every time I tell you guys to stir it even before I come to the window, they still won’t.
They advertised thd new Team Canadz hockey cards but sold me the NHL Trading cards!! Who'd of thunk until I opened the package and saw the wrong cards!!
