The menu said the price was per pizza, but I was charged individually for each pizza. When I questioned Rebecca, the cashier, she insisted that the computer was correct and that the menu was wrong. She was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service. Even though it was a small amount that I was overcharged, it was still unacceptable. I will not be returning to Subway.

Reb... read more I used to be a regular Subway customer, but not anymore. This is the last time I buy at Subway. Menu says $5 per pizza but got charged $5.50 each per pizza. Rebecca the counter person says that the computer is correct, but the subway menu sign is wrong. This was a ridiculous answer and says that I cannot have the several pizzas I ordered unless I pay the scam computer generated price - she says it is not her fault that the advertised menu price on the menu board is wrong. She was extremely rude & very poor customer service. It was a small amount that I got ripped off, but it was still a rip-off. I won't be back.
