What User dislikes about The Squirrel Cage:
Took a long time to receive our food(30+mins) and once our food came no one came back to our table for more coffee, anything extra needed or even the bill. Food was good. View all feedback.

Really enjoyed our panini sandwiches, salad and coffee at this cute place tucked away of the main strip in windsor. Owners were so lovely and friendly

This is an amazing breakfast and brunch cafe. We live out of town and try to make a point of eating breakfast there when we visit Windsor. The food is fresh but with small differences to traditional dishes. My daughter ordered a fresh fruit plate and expected the usual. Instead it had fresh fruit you don't usually see in it. My husband and I had eggs Benedict....amazing. On a side note, on our first visit an elderly man, who may have been homeless came into the patio. The owner promptly greeted him by name and with kindness. He then got his coffee for him and said "no worries catch me later". It was very touching to see this act of kindness. If you are in Windsor definitely come eat here.

My son took me to this very nice restaurant. The staff was superb and friendly. The food was excellent and served quickly. Very nice atmosphere in the heart of the city. Would definitely make it back to this classy spot.

What a wonderful little place for a casual light lunch! I adored the decor, particularly the large bench adorned with all the pillows! We decided to share three paninis: The Veggie (grilled veggies), The Windsor (chicken), and The Ambassador (salmon). We initially ordered only the first two, but we enjoyed the flavors so much that we ended up splitting a third one. To top off our lunch, we indulged in a divine carrot cake! The owners are incredibly friendly. We will definitely be returning!
