CRAZY? ME? WHY? Because I leave my house at midnight, drive 800 plus miles north in 12 hours. Arrive in Windsor, Ontario Canada on West University Blvd for lunch 12 hours later. Eat lunch for two hours then drive home arriving after midnight? Nor crazy....Just a luster for the best fish on the planet. The serving of Halibut and Cod at Sir Cedric's is just that good. I've been enjoying their fare for 15 years and go t... View all feedback.
What Aracely Mosciski doesn't like about Sir Cedrics:
We only had an afternoon in Windsor and looking for fish and chips. Two were recommended for haddock. The food was truly poor, the haddock was very thin, too much doughy batter, not well heated mostly tasteless. Cabbage slaw had big slices, too big to...eat. Very disappointed. But guess next Time will ask for cod fish and chips.....I know cod is denser....sigh. View all feedback.
This place is clean, very dated. The fish and chips are good quality and very tasty.Good service and we are repeat customers it's are go to place when in the mood for fish and chips.
Sir Cedric has the best fish in Windsor for fish and chip dinner. Their halibut is a generous pirtion and the waitresses are so nice. While there is no atmosphere that is mot why tjis place is usually busy.
Great Halibut diner ,what they excel at as well as friendly service ,prices are comparable to most ,but the food exceeds others trying to copy
Halibut is cooked to perfection, love the fries and coleslaw! Generous portion too! We order in usually!
Great family diner - fish was firm and a good portion, with perfect light crispy batter. Fries are a proper portion; enough you leave some on the plate after you are full. Truly welcoming service, and a variety of customers of all ages and backgrounds.
