The menu said flaming cinnamon and my drink... read more Been meaning to come here for a date night and I'm very glad I did. I had the passionfruit sour and it was amazing. The menu said flaming cinnamon and my drink had cinnamon sticks that was lit on fire! Pretty awesome. Service was also great! We had several servers came by and made sure we were taken care of. 100% would recommend this place.

I purchased the Beef short rib (about $45) and It came out cold in the middle. This sort of dish is basically inedible when cold.We took a few bites of the warmer side on the outside because we were hungry, then left quite sad. The dish being cold in themiddle (yet cooked normally) leads me to believe that they were reheating the meat (probably in a microwave) At this price pointof around $45 for a small plate, this is simply inappropriate. I trusted Salute because they seemed professional and expensive.They might charge a lot for their food. But the practises and standards employed are simply subpar. Not everything that shinesis gold.
