1 worker running the gas bar, store and the Quizno’s on a busy Sunday afternoon, 4th of July!After 20- minute wait while the Worker ‘multi-tasked’, he threw our subs together, and literally forgot all the toppings but lettuce, put a few peppers in a side dish.Problem is obviously with the Management of this location.Won’t be back.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. It was incredibly disappointing.
I have fond memories of Quiznos, so I thought I would give this location a try. However, I was disappointed to see the employee going back and forth between the gas station and preparing my sub without washing his hands or changing his gloves. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry, so I tried to overlook it because the wait was already long. I ordered the chicken carbonara, but the bread was hard, the chicken was undercooked, and it barely spent three seconds in the toaster. In the end, I paid $10 for a 6-inch sub. I would not recommend this place.
It was a disappointing experience. The bread was stale, and when I ordered two subs, the toppings from one ended up on the other. I won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.
I ordered in 2022 and it was great it reminded me of the old Quiznos from childhood. My family ordered today and I hyped it up. Man, it was a disappointment! None of our subs were toasted. They also gave us 2 oatmeal cookies when we ordered one chocolate chip and one oatmeal. The cookies I wouldnt even feed a dog. They made a solid thud when they hit the table. I ordered the same sub I did in 2022 (honey bourbon chicken) and it was a total fail compared to the one in 2022. No to little sauce and not toasted ,so the chicken was cold. I got add-on bacon which I was charged 4$ and it was a handful of bacon bits. I wouldn't order or return if someone paid me to do so
