I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for a while now. Every time they’ve been fantastic. Today I placed an order and when it arrived it was cold and the fries were old. I called the restaurant and told them, within 20 minutes I had a replacement meal delivered. I just gave the driver the meal they had delivered previously. I really appreciate the customer service here. I recommend this place Service: Delivery

We are regular customers of this restaurant, having always appreciated the quality and consistency of their cuisine. However, our last visit on a Sunday at 4 p.m. was a notable source of disappointment. To our great surprise, the dishes served did not live up to our usual expectations. The fried potatoes, normally crispy and hot, were served to us lukewarm, almost cold. The most disappointing was the breaded chicken fillets: they were overcooked, to the point of being tough and inedible. This made the fillets look like they had been cooked or reheated several times. We were a little pressed for time so we took the leftovers home but the fillets ended up being collected in the trash. (view the photo) This experience particularly saddened us because we really like this restaurant and have always had good experiences in the past. We hope this was just an isolated incident and not a reflection of a general decline in quality. We would like to share our experience honestly, in the hope that the restaurant will return to its usual level of quality, which previously appealed to us so much.
