No price transparency!!Menu board is blank and all price lists are gone. Quite a shame that I've had some experiences now here that felt untrustworthy while paying for a product. I should be able to look at a item and know the price and not be worried that I'll be charged a random amount.
The young lady working had her loud friends in the place while she was working and made it hard to hear my friends that I went there with. I started going to this place when they first opened and it seems to be going downhill now. Shame cause I really liked this place. Most likely won't return .
Good ice cream. The front was clean. The bathrooms were disgusting. My daughter had to go. I went to the bathroom and it was gross so used next bathroom. It was not much better but at least there wasn’t a mess in the toilet and toilet seat. I instantly regretted eating my ice cream I was so grossed out. Thought if they can’t keep a bathroom clean how can I let these savages serve me food. A clean bathroom is essential for a good experience. It shows attention to detail and gives overall good impression.
This restaurant seems to primarily target families with children, but it lacks distinctiveness. The kids seemed to enjoy themselves. However, the portion sizes raised some concerns, particularly in relation to the price. One would expect the amount of food to reflect the value paid.
