3.5 / 5 (13 reviews)

Description

Casey's is a popular choice for a last-minute meal, offering typical pub fare in a lively environment. While the crowded seating and noise level can make conversation difficult, the food portions are generous and service is friendly. The convenient location near the Amtrak station attracts travelers, although some diners wish for more variety in the menu, like gluten-free options. The cozy atmosphere and consistent menu have kept customers coming back for years, making it a reliable choice for a relaxed meal in Ann Arbor.

Casey's is a longstanding landmark in Ann Arbor. The menu has remained unchanged for the past 15 years since my initial visit, with the recipes staying consistent.

Casey's is conveniently located near the Amtrak station, making it a popular stop for travelers on their way to or from the station. The hostess referred to the restaurant as a "halfway house", highlighting its convenient location for Amtrak passengers.

I went with my girlfriends for late lunch/early dinner and was very impressed with service. Waitresses and host were very friendly and helpful. I had West Burger with goat cheese. Only one thing that was missing was - NO GLUTEN FREE BUNS :( These days most of the restaurants have them, so I was surprised when I found out that such a great restaurant doesn't have it, but it's such I simple thing - BREAD. Place like GRILL BAR should have it.

It had been years since my last visit, so I was thrilled to have lunch with some of my colleagues at this restaurant.

Was expecting your average sports bar but was surprised there were no TV's to distract you in the dining room. Tony our server was very witty and took great care of us. The roasted red pepper soup was incredible and their side salad had lots of veggies in it. Prices are reasonable, good portions and I will definitely go back to this gem in Windsor
