This is the worst experience I've had at a wings place. They got my 36-wing order wrong, only giving me one flavor instead of the three I ordered. When I called to let them know, they claimed I made the mistake and hung up on me. The customer service was terrible. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my food when they said it would only take 15 minutes. On top of all that, the food was subpar.
The food and manager are horrible. I've eaten at their establishment several times in the past and the food was good. I happened to be a regular in the past. It has been several months since I've eaten there. I ordered 18 wings. Took them home and they looked different than the past wings I've had. Upon eating them, they were very bland. Some were over cooked and I had a few that were still pink inside. I called the store and stated to them what the problem was. I was told to come up and speak with the manager. I went back and spoke to one of the women behind the counter and showed her the pictures of the raw wings. She went to get the person in charge and he first said he can remake the wings. At this point I just wanted a refund. I was told no refund unless I brought the wings back. I was told to just come back by the person on the phone. I wasn't told to bring them. They were raw and disgusting and I tossed them. It wasn't even 15 minutes after leaving the store I came back. So the person in charged stormed off to the back. I told the lady since he agreed to remake them then do that. She went in the back to tell him what I said and then she comes back and says that he said no. I'm reporting them to the BBB now. He was rude and nasty. I've worked in customer service and he was very unprofessional. The woman told me to call back and ask to speak to the manager. I asked her who was the guy. She said he's just the one in charge right now not the manager. I will never go back there or waste my money on that place ever. It was so bad they don't deserve a rating.
Something here changed. Not sure how long it will last. I was walking past, grabbed a menu and ordered later that night. Unlike in the past, the person who answered was pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in getting my order correct. I can be very picky. She warned me delivery was going to be over an hour ahead of time! I was glad for that. I'm tired of people saying 35 mins and they know it's a lie. Probably something their boss makes them say. Regardless, when the food came...it was hot, delicious and exactly how I asked for it.
