Despite a small issue with the door lock today, the manager on duty handled it well and ran the crew efficiently. I was impressed with his energy and customer service. I believe his name was Travoy.

Completely incompetent admin... read more Do you not remember to apply here especially if you are a woman who won her?t long and they won?t pay you for the hours you worked. Completely incompetent administration via the bore. It goes also over the chain to the district manager. Make sure you work a month free, basically before you are paid since the review (and they do not say that).

They e... read more Today was my son's 22nd birthday and we went to five guys for a meal. There were quite a few of us on one order so I sort of expected a little confusion. They ended up messing up five out of eight of the burgers. Mine was supposed to have A1 sauce on it but I didn't care. They were nice enough to remake the other burgers that were wrong which made everyone happy. The milkshake machine was down which sucked but I'm lactose intolerant and shouldn't have it anyway.

She watches them as... read more My second time visiting this location. I normally go on a Sunday before 2pm. The General Mngr was very efficient keeping her staff on point. She watches them as well as teaches them. The thing I liked most is the fact that she gave them praise for whatever good job they did. She was multi tasking as well.
