I live in the area about... read more Although i LOVE Arby's....food quality, preparation, and service is sub-par to say the least at the Security Blvd/Rolling Rd location. I live in the area about 10 minutes from this store and would frequent this location often. But after getting home and opening my food....too many times my fries were hard cold, my sandwich flattened, bun not toasted, chicken tenders hard as rocks as if they had been nuked too long, mozzarella sticks with no marinara (why should you have to ask for that)and my diet dr. Pepper tasted like alka seltzer... so I stopped going to this location. Tonight i rolled the dice and stopped here around 9pm....spent over $25 and the cashier was literally handing my bag out the window before i could pull up to the window to pay. How the heck was this order ready that fast? Because none of what i ordered was cooked to order. I'm DONE! Once again....the same experience with my food drink. Something tells me that this location wont be here much longer! How is it that i stay away for months and the one night i drive thru....nothing had changed except the higher prices. Recently went to try a sandwich i saw, and decided to to get a combo but the fries taste old like they had been there !! Didn't realize till we were home ,not fresh at all. Most of the drinks were flat. But overall the customer service was verygood!! I'd just say fresh fries plz next time!! :

No one came to the front counter for 10 min. because they were waiting... read more Drive-thru was very busy Sunday at lunchtime. App said to go in to pick up mobile order. No one came to the front counter for 10 min. because they were waiting on drive-through customers. There was no pick-up location for mobile orders inside therestaurant, and the app does not give an option for drive-thru pick-up. I had to keep trying to get someone 's attention, beforegetting my order. I think they needed more employees for the lunch hour to serve inside.
