Bartender was our server.... read more Have been to Ruby Tuesday before, always a good experience. Party of three seated in the bar, seemed short staffed in the dining room. Bartender was our server. Wait time seemed long, took a while to order, food took a while, one order was wrong. Pricy as well, $97 for three not counting tip.

Additionally, our waiter... read more The food was average, but the service was a major letdown. It took nearly an hour and 45 minutes for my family and me to get our meals. Additionally, our waiter never came to check on us during that time. It seems like they are always understaffed, which might explain why there are only a couple of Ruby Tuesdays locations left in Connecticut. The management is poor, and it feels like this place is struggling to stay afloat.
