I stopped for breakfast before my flight and had a great experience. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly. The diner had a cozy, small-town vibe, and many locals were coming in and out. I evaluate every breakfast place based on three criteria: coffee (7.3), home fries (6.1), and pancakes (6.0). The coffee was fresh and met my expectations. The home fries were grilled and seasoned but needed more cooking time. The pancake, however, was cooked unevenly—dark on one side and barely done on the other, which made it a bit rubbery. Overall, we were pleased with our meal and will definitely stop by again before our next flight out of BDL.
As a newcomer to this restaurant, I must say it’s absolutely fantastic! I tried the Reuben sandwich, and it was amazing. When a sandwich is this messy, you know it has to be great. Next, I had the burger, which was massive and incredibly delicious. Finally, I ordered the egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich, and once again, it was huge! Kudos to the staff for a job well done. I will definitely be returning again and again. Thank you!
