The best pastries in Ontario! Anything you want ...they can make it!!
The baked goods at this restaurant are incredible! I visited early this morning and ordered a delicious donut. The worker was very friendly and recommended the cheese danish, which was absolutely delicious. I thanked her and left a generous tip for the excellent customer service. Thank you so much to Adria, I will definitely return to this place!
The baked goods looked great. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try them because the two staff members that were out front completely ignored me. They were answering the phone and chatting with someone who I'm going to assume was a regular customer, but acted like I didn't exist. There was literally no one else in the store. So, after five minutes, I left and went to a competitor of theirs on Tecumseh, who were glad to take my money.My first time and last time going to this bakery was a bitter disappointment. Learn some customer service skills, the most basic of which is at least acknowledge your customers.
Treats are good, but poor customer service the employees are really rude and not at all welcoming, being very racist and treated us with no respect.
I visited Blak's Bakery today and picked up some Paczki that I had pre-ordered for myself and my family. There was a line of people waiting to get their hands on some Paczki, but if you didn't pre-order, you had to wait until noon for walk-ins to be accepted. I ordered Custard and Strawberry with Sugar Glaze instead of Powdered Sugar, and they were superb - the best in the city.
