Domino's Pizza - Windsor and Maidenhead

I ordered a delivery while I moved home, we where tired and hungry, so they often check the tracking status . an hour passed and the tracking system updated as delivered. ! I was in a panic when they were delivered in wrong address. I called the load and they told him on the way and “they have no idea why the tracking system as a delivery” – can they believe it! I have followed the restaurant again and again and they told me it was only a few minutes away. Finally I called the order and I was held for more minutes, and then the driver came, he can call the driver and then ask to deliver! . after he said he can cancel a voucher or order. since I was too tired, I said not to cancel the order when the driver arrived, he cut the call. scam – tampering the delivery status very bad customer service.

This restaurant review is disappointing. I ordered delivery and waited for an hour, even though the app said it had been delivered half an hour earlier. When I called the restaurant, they said it was only a few minutes away. However, when the food finally arrived, the driver asked me to come outside to collect it, despite me explaining that I have mobility issues. The restaurant's response was poor, claiming I should have checked the conditions. When I mentioned my disability, they abruptly offered a refund and hung up. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, with food that was never delivered.

I ordered my pizza from here and it was good over an hour late when it finally came, it was stone cold and got full price we had a very dismayed driver definitely think again, here I would not order...recommend dominos pizza

Telephoned to order a delivery. super fast, but both pizzas had soggy bases and toppings slip off. wet and inconspicuous. I called the load and instead of the usual care, excuse and offer to replace the pizza, had a man who told me I was wrong. he had cut the pizzas themselves and they were in order. if I wanted to replace, I had to bring her back to the load? arrogant, rude and disgusting, screaming at him, just listening. an hour later ersatz pizzas, both cold and completely open I had considered that they had not fulfilled hygiene guidelines if they knew what I mean. complete lack of customer service after what should have been a simple repair. apparently the area manager has settled on the problems. hopefully she reads the reviews.
