Used to love coming to this wing stop specifically even though i live across town. i always order on the app and the old employees knew me and always made my food amazing. now i think they have a bunch of new people and the last few times i?ve gonerecently have sucked!! i went tonight around 6:30 and ordered on the app as always, i got three meals and i ordered a six piece,i only got 4 pieces! our fries also didn?t have seasoning and they didn?t even start our order until we got there ???? tookforever and was not worth it, don?t think i?ll be coming back to this one and i hope to get my money back goddamit.
First, I’d like to commend the cashier who assisted us. He was a friendly man with excellent customer service skills, which made our experience more enjoyable. When I mentioned that I needed more time to decide on my order, he was patient and didn’t rush me. He even delivered our food with a smile. One thing I found unusual was that instead of napkins, they provided paper towels. This choice can seem a bit rough and doesn’t look very appealing next to the food. Upon sitting down, I noticed that the tables, countertops, and floors hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, which was disappointing. Regarding the food, I found the buns to be too soft and not crispy enough. The chicken was overcooked and lacked the crunch I was anticipating. However, I must say that the sauce—whether you choose mango habanero or Louisiana rub—still packs great flavor and is generously applied to the chicken. Unfortunately, the fries didn’t meet expectations either. They appeared old and were squished, lacking crispness. On a positive note, their honey mustard is delicious and ranks as one of my favorite sauces, right alongside their ranch. Another observation I’d like to mention is the restroom, which doesn’t have a mirror. I find this inconvenient, especially in a fast food setting where eating can be messy. Customers should have the opportunity to check their appearance. On the bright side, I did appreciate that they have a TV to entertain customers while they wait. They also offer a great deal on Mondays and Tuesdays, with wings priced at just 75 cents each—so you can get 10 wings for around $7 or $8. I would definitely return for that deal, but other than that, Wingstop has not met my expectations during this visit. This restaurant is located in the Shiloh Center, with ample parking available. It’s convenient since it shares a location with Walmart, Grocery Outlet, and Goodwill, and there’s accessible parking for those with disabilities. Overall, I genuinely hope Wingstop can improve, and I wish them the best of luck!
The employee at the register, Alexis, is fantastic! I’d give him a 10/10 recommendation. He definitely deserves a raise. I’ll be returning soon!
