What Gajalakshmi Shrikant doesn't like about Himalayan In W:
We visited the restaurant tonight for dinner. We were 7 of us. Service was bad and very slow. With all the delay they had the gall to charge us $25 as service charge. Service was so poor. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food was really bad. Taste was pathetic. View all feedback.
Excellent food! Great service, very quick. The noodles very especially great and great portions sizes. The tofu was very well seasoned and well cooked
I dined at Himalayan Restaurant (Nepali&Indian Cuisine) along with my two friends yesterday. It was a delightful experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by the papad absolutely thin and crunchy with three different chutneys. We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Matar Paneer, Goat Curry and fried spinach with Naan and some brown rice. They were so nice and left us finger licking at the end. The tandoori chicken was so soft, juicy with flavor of different spices! The warm ambiance, attentive service, and of course, the incredible flavors of the food made it a memorable meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving delicious and unique cuisine. A definite must-visit for food lovers!
BEST Indian food we have ever had!! My husband and I were visiting the area and had dinner here for our anniversary. The service and food was outstanding. Our server was quick, very attentive, extremely accommodating and so kind truly above and beyond service, with a big smile and a wonderfully pleasant attitude. We ordered the Flying Horse Beer (from India , rosé, (both super refreshing , the fried spicy cauliflower (SO good , the garlic cheesy naan (RIDICULOUSLY good , the baby back ribs, and spicy coconut chicken with vegetables and basmati (Amazing!! . Our server also included a cup of their delicious house made soup to start and brought us a side of the Tikka Masalaa to try with our entrees. I’m only disappointed that we were so full we didn’t have room for dessert! We will absolutely be coming here every time we visit Windsor. They are a wonderful restaurant with such outstanding service and excellent food that they deserve everyone’s business!
It is really great food.. We enjoyed tikka masalla. Hamalaya Biryani and shrimp noodles.. Bit pricey but delicious
Great place! the service is some of the best i've ever experienced--the servers are always so sweet, attentive, helpful, good-humored. the decor is very pretty, too, which makes the overall experience even better. i come here every once in a while with my family and everything i've tried has been delicious! i'm vegan and there are so many options to choose from, some of which include the himalayan noodles, veggie pakoras, okra curry, apricot curry, and so much more! my dad is celiac/gluten free vegan and he has lots of options too--he eats the veggie pakoras and any of the veggie curries every time he goes. my siblings don't have any dietary restrictions/preferences and they both love the chicken momos. plus, we always get a small complementary lentil soup before our food is ready, and it's so good!
