On January 9, 2024, at 9:12 PM, I had a terrible experience with customer service. The attitude was unacceptable, and I won't be returning again.
I placed an order about an hour before closing time, but it was canceled without any explanation just 10 minutes later, while I was driving to pick it up. When I got to the Subway location, the restaurant was open with the lights on, but there was no one inside to assist me.
I had fraudulent charges made on my credit card while living in a different state and far away from this restaurant. I've tried calling them numerous times, but they never answer. It seems likely that an employee may be involved in this attempted theft.
Took my nephew out for lunch last week. We were greeted by the absolute kindest person that I’ve ever dealt with in service! Jarrod was so attentive, polite and provided exceptional customer service! Jarrod truly deserves recognition for the service he provided, and the food was fresh and delicious!
