Subway - Windsor

Friendly helpful staff, generous fresh sandwiches. It's well worth the price.

Ordered my typical spicy Italian that I usually get with crushed red peppers and sweet peppers the store did not have these and several other items were out. Not really get to have it your way when half of the condiments are not available. Not sure whatthe problem is but you better get right or your business will suffer.

Anyway, this restaurant works well for us. I typically order a simple salad and ask them to chop it up for me, adding just oregano since I bring my own dressing. My family, who doesn't have any dietary restrictions, often orders sandwiches or salads, and we've never had a bad experience in the four years we've been visiting. The restaurant is tucked away in a small shopping area, but it's easy to get in and out, with plenty of parking available. The tables and restrooms are clean, making it a nice place to take a break and stretch out. The staff is always pleasant! I felt compelled to write this review after seeing a single one-star review that I thought was unfair. It's disheartening that some people tend to focus on complaints rather than appreciation. Often, when issues arise, people don't take the time to communicate with the management to resolve them. It's worth remembering that it's not easy to deal with the public! Additionally, customers should express their desire for healthier options at all restaurants.

I am very disappointed because this is my favorite Subway. I usually come here for lunch, but my family wanted Subway for dinner last night. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was shocked to see the manager, Isaac, shirtless in the store. I quickly drove away because I didn’t want my children to see that. I hope action is taken against this unprofessional behavior and that a more suitable manager is appointed.

I went there tonight and the person preparing the subs was fantastic. I really appreciated it!
