After about five minutes of waitin... read more My wife and I visited this restaurant at 4:45 PM on April 17, 2024. We were at the end of a line of three people ahead of us. After about five minutes of waiting without any movement, it became painfully obvious that the staff was prioritizing phone-in orders. After waiting for ten minutes, with only one person from the three in front of us beginning to be served, we decided to leave. I would hardly call this place Panda Express; it feels more like Panda Prolonged due to the priority given to call-in orders.

It’s a shame to feel this from young people in a service oriented position. Whoever trained this staff obviously is lacking the ability to do the job properly. They didn’t have all the items on the menu available. We were there Saturday 1-13-24 around 4:30. We won’t be back and will never recommend you.
