The food was quit tasty and I took the gamble of getting a green gumball. If you don't know if you get a green gumball from the machine you get a half dozen of free bagels. Well guess who won. It was me. I love this place fantastic atmoshpere. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gib's New York Bagels:
I really liked the egg salad on everything I had yesterday at the Windsor Gibs. My kids found the pizza bagel on Parmesan to be so so. The reason for the 3 star review is that I ordered in store at 1130 exactly and received my 4 bagels at 1205! It wasn?t super busy, so it was pretty irritating waiting almost 40 minutes for two pizza bagels and two egg salad bagels. When I think of bagels, I think of fast breakfast or... View all feedback.
Man you gave me all burnt bagels were is the quality control
Loved this place reminds me of a true NYC bagel. People with nut allergies should be able to enjoy fresh baked goods as well as anyone else.
I was surprised they used cheap American cheese and basic sausage with cheap powder looking eggs. I was expecting real egg, good cheese and flavorful sausage. Very disappointed, I will stick with Einstein bagels.
Way to long to get your food. 20 minutes in drive through. Never put enough cream cheese on the bagels, always have to ask for more. Employees work real slow and don't care how big a crowd is there. Not worth going and the constant mistakes and hassle.
Amazing breakfast sandwich’s, I come here nearly everyday because their food is so good. And on top of that their menu has so many options it seems you could come here for a year and never order the same thing twice. The staff is very friendly and they always make your food with the utmost care. When I can’t decide what I want they will give suggestions on what might be good to try. The lobby is always clean and has a very nice atmosphere, I would also like to point out that their taste in music is impeccable and you can always count on some good jams to play while you’re there. They also value your time and make sure your order is made in a quick and timely manner while maintaining quality in the food. I forgot to mention, gibs’ also boils their bagels which can be quite hard to find in a good bagel shop these days. They have a wide selection of condiments, meats, cream cheese flavors, vegetables and bagels that are made fresh daily. My favorite bagel by far would have to be the spinach Parmesan, however the pretzel bagel would be a very close second with French toast coming in third. I personally always like to order a breakfast sandwich with the spinach Parmesan bagel, bacon, American cheese and plain cream cheese, and let me tell you, man does it hit the spot every time. Every now and then I might get a different bagel, but man, it never gets old. The bathrooms are also always in tip top shape, which is very surprising and not super common for a small dine in restaurant like this. Over all gibs is probably the best place to eat in NOCO so if you happen to be in Fort Collins or Windsor, drop by and give it a try. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, 11/10 would recommend to anyone out there who loves to eat bagels. (Disclaimer: I do not work at Gibs, I have just been a loyal customer for quite a while and and quite appreciate the quality of this little bagel shop)
